Karl at KTG caravans is not a friend of ours, not somebody who owed us a favour or paid us for promotion. It's a great story that starts with a good Christian man who finds himself with nowhere to sleep and nowhere to go after a series of life-changing events. We e-mailed out to the church to no avail, called out for help on facebook but got no response. Then, in desperation we got on the phone and began ringing caravan places asking if anybody had an old Caravan they could kindly GIVE to us. What are the chances of that happening? But Karl at KTG in Stoke said yes, and gave us a perfectly serviceable old caravan, helped us change the wheel and sent us on our way. As an afterthought he said 'Will you mention us in your church magazine?' Well, that's the least we can do Karl.

The man who needed shelter was sofa surfing, but is used to caravans, and really enjoys the lifestyle, and so this is not just a lifesaver for him but a comfort and a consolation.

I took my camera along and filmed a few shots of the place, and made this little promotional vid for him as a thank you. What a guy, and what a generous heart. If only there were more like him!
